Starters & Appetizers: Homemade Burgers, Crab Cakes, Gourmet Salads, Salmon Salad, Cashew Chicken Salad (vegan), Chicken Confetti Salad (vegan), Shrimp Cocktail, Island Cobb Salad.
Soup & Salads: French Onion Soup (vegan), Tomato Bisque Soup (vegan), Beef broccoli salad, Caesar salad, One bean salad, Tuna Salad.
Fish/Seafood: Shrimp Scampi, Sesame Seared Tuna Salad, Chicken Piccata Salmon Trout with lemon dill sauce.
Meat: BBQ Chicken, Balsamic Chicken, Flank Steak, Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb (vegan), Honey Pecan Chicken (vegan).
Wedding Plated Appetizers: Estate sliced deli meats and cheeses. Fresh breads and dipping sauces. Finger foods such as mini-cheese quesadillas, spinach pinwheels, and rolled ham slices glazed in a sugar/sweet glaze. Miniature pot pies are another idea. If a buffet is planned, you could replace the above items with similar items that are made to order.
Desserts: Brownies, Cookies, Cheesecake served with fresh berries.
DRINKS: Variety of soft drinks and iced tea - Coffee/tea services available.
